Our privacy and travel policy
The declaration contains information you are entitled to when information is collected from our websites (Personal Data Act § 19) and general information about how we process personal data (Personal Data Act § 18 subsection 1). Dreamcatcher Adventure is concerned with safeguarding personal data in a good and sound manner and therefore continuously implements measures to secure personal data as best as possible.
Personal data that is stored
We store the following personal data about our customers: Name, address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. We also store purchase history and relevant travel information.
We process the information to carry out our tours in a safe and secure manner. We also use the information to give users as good an experience of the website as possible, as well as to offer users the services they may wish to use, in addition to being able to provide you with information, offers and follow-up in connection with your purchase via e -post, telephone, SMS and postal items.
The personal information is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. Where you have consented to this, the information is also used to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone, and SMS. You can refuse to receive such information from us at any time.
Collection of personal data
We store the personal data you have provided on our websites and to our employees in connection with your purchase. Information is also stored regarding visits to our websites and interaction on social media.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We will not share, sell, transfer or in any other way disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Deletion of personal data
Information we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register. Information that we are obliged to keep under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 10 years, in accordance with the law’s requirements.
Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.
Information security
We secure your personal information by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided.
