About Dreamcatcher Adventure and the crew
Dreamcatcher Adventure started as a shared dream of a sailing adventure.
We meet for the first time in 2018, on a mountain peak skiing. Both of us love all kinds of adventures, and that is one of the things that gives us a lot of joy in life. We find out that we shared a dream of a sailing adventure, and that takes us to a boat show in Dusseldorf in Germany. Just to look… but we ended up buying this boat.
Coincidences made us end up in Caribbean. So after taking over the boat in France, Anders and some guys crossed the Atlantic Ocean. We spend 2 years with sailing around and visit beautiful Islands in Caribbea, and also do charters. A lovley time with a lot of lifelong memories and a lot of nice guests on board.
But, we missed home and our own playground in beautiful Norway. And we wanted to share adventures and show our part of the world to other people. So we sail from Caribbea and up the east coast of USA, to New Foundland before crossing to Scotland and then Norway. And then Dreamcatcher Adventure was born.
We combine our passion and favorite activities sailing, skiing and hiking. With our sailboat Dreamcatcher we sail in the North West of Norway and into deep and narrow fjords. Together we will create memorable moments, enjoy sailing, powder skiing, hike, bike, great food, awesome fjords and places.
We look forward to show you one of the best parts in Norway, and we provide excellent service together to make your stay on board with us on Dreamcatcher an unforgettable one.

Renathe Brekken
I have a real passion for traveling and finding new adventures, and I love mountain hiking, kayak trips, motorcycle trips with Anders, and best of all; off-pist skiing. We use all our spare time for new adventures and a active lifestyle, wich lead us to byuing this boat together and start Dreamcatcher Adventure. I am an all round lady on board; helps with sailing, cleaning and prepares the boat for our guests, and i`m also the chef. I have a passion for food and like to try new things who looks and taste good.
Anders Sandvik
I am the skipper on board. I hold an adventurous spirit and takes every day as an exiting, new experience. I spends my free time downhill skiing, riding motorcycles, climbing and hiking to name a few hobbies. I have a lot of sailing experience from our time in Caribbean and I cross the Atlantic Ocean two times with our boat Dreamcatcher. I have the necessary certificates and safety courses, so you will feel safe and comfortable with us.
About our catamaran Dreamcatcher
Our boat is an Elba 45 Catamaran sailboat, built in 2021
Three double cabins for guest use. All cabins offering en-suite facilities. We live and sleep at the boat on all adventures. The beds are ready for you with linen, good pillows and duwets, and blanket. The bathroom is equipped with towels, handsoap, shower gel and shampoo. We have a fully equipped kitchen on board. We also have a coffee machine with hole coffee beans on board, so you can start every day with tasty, fresh coffee while you enjoy the sunrise in beautiful surroundings. Both in summer and winther season, you can sit upstairs at the flybridge or in front of the boat in nice cushions while sailing, to really connect with the beautiful nature.
We have diesel heater and shoe dryer on board so you can dry all of your shoes and clothes every day. And if necessary; we have washing machine on board if you need to wash some clothes during the trip. We have solar panels and watermaker, so we produce our own energy and water on board.
